Summer Yoga!! Beginning Sat. June 3rd. through August 26th
Jennifer will be offering yoga classes Saturday mornings from 9:30-10:45 am. Classes are $10 each. Packages are available.

A Discussion on Summer:The Fire Element. Tuesday June 13th 6:30pm-8:00pm. $15
As we transition from late spring into early summer, we will discuss the fire organs (Heart, SI, Pericardium and Triple Burner) and how to keep them in harmony according to the principles of OM and Five-Element Theory. Relative herbs, Qi Gong exercises and Foods will be discussed.

St. John's (Joan's) Harvest Day. Saturday June 17th 1:00- 4:00pm $25
Focus on this amazing plant which captivates summer's intensity!! It is traditionally harvested during the Summer Solstice. We will make tincture and an infused oil.

Summer Solstice Herb Walk. Mon. June 19th 5:15-8:00pm $15
Identifying and discussing the plants we see.

Eclectic Exercise: Tuesday June 20th 6:30-7:30pm $10
Prepare your own personal summer workout from a variety of yoga traditions, Qi Gong, walking meditation, calisthenics etc. We may want to go outside so be prepared!

Summer Patés. Saturday June 24, 1:00-3:30pm $35
Patés are savory spreads made of minced or pureed ingredients. We will use food processors, blenders and juicers to create a variety of healthful patés. A light lunch sampling our creations will follow.

Eclectic Exercise: Tuesday June 27th 6:30-7:30 $10
Self-massage and acuppressure techniques.

Cool Summer Soups, Juices and Smoothies. Saturday July 15th 1:00-3:00 pm $35
Turn off the stove and dust off those kitchen appliances! We will create cooling soups, smoothies and juices and sample these light refreshing meals .

Using Fresh Culinary Herbs. Tuesday July 18th 6:30-8:00pm. $15
Fresh herbs are powerful stores of essential oils, minerals, flavinoids and many other healthful components. Learn about their benefits, how to harvest, prepare and use fresh culinary herbs.

Fresh Summer Desserts. Saturday July 22th 1:00-3:00 pm $35
Luscious summer fruits and berries offer a multitude of dessert options. We will take advantage of summer's bounty by creating (and indulging in) tempting summer desserts from a whole foods' perspective.
